Resumen

As a consequence of the pandemic, virtualization gained relevance, making it necessary to rethink some processes in educational research and in the training of educational researchers. Therefore, the objective of this study is to model a replicable instrumentation route in applied educational research and accessible to the educational process of the educational researcher from a virtual learning environment. The research method is theoretical-empirical modeling, based on the holistic configurational theory of Fuentes. An empirical complement is incorporated into this sequence, based on two learning experiences with different categories in their orientations and in their epistemological depth: competences in environmental education and critical thinking. It concludes in a unified model of instrumentation, reference and guide that enables the approach in applied educational research.
