Resumen
The research aims to analyze the relationship between affective experiences during childhood with the professional well-being of the teacher. Then, emotional aspects of personality development are considered; it has to do with the persistence of memories and the configuration of beliefs. Next, the correlations between the personal dimension and the job satisfaction of those who have the responsibility of training others in human values are established. The study design is cross-sectional causal correlation. The results show that there is a low positive correspondence between these two variables (r =.263). It is concluded that childhood experiences have a positive influence on the liking of education workers; a situation that makes it possible to substantially improve instruction as a service to the communities.
