N2 - This systematic review examines the impact of Lean Six Sigma (LSS) on supply chain efficiency within manufacturing companies. LSS, which integrates Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma, enhances operational efficiency and reduces costs by eliminating non-value-added activities and decreasing process variability. The methodology is quantitative and descriptive, encompassing 31 research articles in English and Spanish, published between 2019 and 2024. During the evaluation of these articles, key productivity issues in the manufacturing sector were identified, associated with low productivity, high costs, and waste. The most frequently used tools to address these challenges were the VSM, and DMAIC. Additionally, the findings indicate that implementing LSS contributes to improving customer satisfaction and promotes sustainable practices. The results underscore that LSS significantly boosts operational efficiency, reduces costs, and enhances the sustainability of manufacturing companies.
