Resumen
In this article the basic postulates of the harmonizing theory of fundamental rights are developed, refuting the conflictive positions. These postulates are applied to the context of the employment relationship using as an example a recent sentence of the Spanish Supreme Court, referring to the exercise of the rights of freedom of expression and information in the framework of a labor dispute.
