Resumen
The problem of the investigation is focused on the mistreatment received by the public sector user in the jurisdiction of the Regional Government of Lima-Provinces. Said mistreatment, according to users, comes from authorities, officials, and workers in general. For this reason, this study aims to determine the incidence of human quality in improving user treatment in the public sector. This is an applied research, non-experimental, transactional, descriptive, correlational-causal design; with a sample of 100 workers and users of the management of the regional government of Lima-Provinces. To define the size of the sample, simple random sampling has been used and the statistical formula for populations of less than 100,000 has been applied. Finally, the incidence of human quality was determined, it can facilitate the improvement of the treatment of the public sector user; through instruction and education; cordiality, care, and dedication; Value scale; and the corresponding criterion and common sense.
