Resumen
The social transformations resulting from the impact of technologies have increased the sedentary lifestyle of people in all work fields, which has in turn generated various pathologies at a physical and psychological level. Therefore, this study reports the effects of the occupational exercise program on heart rate variability, blood pressure, body mass index, and life satisfaction in a group of 20 workers from a private company in Lima. Metropolitan. The study was developed under a pre-experimental design of a single group and in the procedure weight (Kg) and height (cms), Body Mass Index (BMI), blood pressure (mmHg) and heart rate were evaluated. heart rate (puls/min) and to measure satisfaction with life, the satisfaction with life scale (SWLS) was used.
