The purpose of this research is: to analyze the determinants of innovative performance for strengthening the culture of entrepreneurship in Peru, given the importance of the role that this represents in business development, in strengthening social commitment, in addition to promoting behavior organization, optimizing innovative performance and increasing productivity. The methodological approach is a bibliographic review based on the interpretive paradigm. The type of investigation was documentary; using as data collection technique the inquiry, selection, review and interpretation of documents (scientific articles) supported by writing notes-memorandum. It was obtained as a finding that the main determinants of innovative performance are: the capacity for innovation, quality of scientific institutions, communication channels, learning of entrepreneurs, absorption capacity and formal structures suitable for coordination of new ventures. It is concluded that it is necessary to create spaces to promote innovative actions or activities for the development of an organization that requires many changes in its behavior.
