As an objective, it was proposed to determine the living conditions and positive coping measures in Covid-19 patients recovered from an Educational Institution in northern Peru, 2022. The research was quantitative correlational with a non-experimental cross-sectional design with a sample of 92 students. recovered from Covid-19 (preadolescents 10-14 years old and adolescents 15-19 years old). As a data collection instrument, the KIDSCREEN survey was applied to assess the comprehensive quality of life of five (5) dimensions and the Spanish version of the modified 28-item COPE-28 instrument to measure positive coping strategies. To analyze the data, Microsoft Excel and SPSS software were used to apply descriptive statistics and find frequency tables and the correlation between variables. As a result, a significant correlation <0.01 was found with Spearman's Rho 0.556 for physical activity and health, 0.467 mood and feelings, 0.630 family life and free time, 0.512 social support and friends and 0.578 in school environment, on the other hand, the relationship between the dimensions of resilience and the family social climate according to general living conditions showed a significant correlation <0.01 and Spearman's Rho of 0.518 for courage, 0.418 acceptance, 0.562 interaction, 0.481 optimism, 0.557 co-responsibility and 0.609 solidarity. Concluding that positive coping measures are essential in the pre-adolescent and adolescent population to combat the ravages of the COVID-19 pandemic.
