N2 - The objective of the present research is to establish the relationship between job satisfaction and psychosocial risks experienced by teleworkers in the formal private sector of Metropolitan Lima. The research was developed under the quantitative approach, of design and non-experimental correlational level, of basic type, in which the descriptive method was used; The population of study was constituted by 1,760 individuals of five companies, and for its representation a stratified sample composed by 383 participants was calculated, two questionnaires with alternative of answer type Likert scale were used to collect the data. The validity of the instruments was verified through expert judgment and a solid reliability was obtained in both instruments. The results showed that the majority of teleworkers reported a low level of job satisfaction, indicating a notable prevalence of low levels of job well-being. Recommendations based on the findings will be derived to improve satisfaction and reduce psychosocial risks among teleworkers in Metropolitan Lima.
