N2 - One of the great challenges of education in these times is the digitization of content and teaching, for this, it is essential to develop digital skills, as well as more personal skills in teachers and students to improve interpersonal relationships during learning. professional training process. To delve into the knowledge of these variables, this study is carried out with the aim of analyzing the association between digital skills and sense of humor in a group of 123 female teachers in preschool training at two universities in Lima. The instruments used in data collection were the digital skills questionnaire (Colás-Bravo, Conde-Jiménez y Reyesde, 2019) and the abbreviated Humor Styles Questionnaire (HSQ). The results show a direct association between digital skills and sense of humor in teachers in training. It is concluded that being a variable that promotes the general well-being of people at a psychological level, a sense of humor could also be involved in improving people’s professional skills.
