Es magíster en Psicología Educativa por la Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos, cuenta con estudios de doctorado en Psicología y es licenciada en Psicología por la misma universidad. Cuenta con experiencia en gestión universitaria e investigación vinculada a la educación y psicología. Es coautora de libros e instrumentos de evaluación psicológica relacionados con la lectura y escritura, así como de artículos de investigación publicados en revistas científicas Es consultora, especialista en análisis de datos cuantitativos, y ha ejercido la docencia en diferentes universidades. Actualmente, se desempeña como docente y asesora de tesis de la Carrera de Psicología en la Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola.
