Experiencia como investigador y coordinador en proyectos de I+D+I, relacionado a la ciencia de alimentos, específicamente en el desarrollo de nuevos alimentos funcionales y nutracéuticos y escalamiento y simulación de procesos industriales. Experiencia como asesor de tesis de investigación y como docente de pregrado y posgrado.
