Diego Alberto Zapata Gonzales es candidato a Doctor en Derecho de la sociedad global: desarrollo económico, riesgo e integración social, por la Universidad de Navarra, España; Master en Derechos Humanos por la misma casa de estudios y; Licenciado en Relaciones Internacionales por la Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola (USIL). Cuenta con una especialización en Gestión Pública por la Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. Fue Director y profesor de la Carrera de Relaciones Internacionales en la USIL. Actualmente es Gerente General de Investigation Center of International Relations (ICIR), catedrático universitario e investigador académico.
